A one-of-a-kind chain forged, fabricated, and engraved in 18 karat yellow gold, 32 inches in length. This is a piece composed of 182 individual elements, and has 7 sections which are arranged in a repeat pattern; there are 7 hollow fabricated balls, 21 links (some square forged, some forged and twisted) , 7 “S” links (one in each section) and 28 connecting links, both round and square forged. I haven’t made a fabricated chain like this in almost 30 years, and I wanted to revisit the genre… of course it took a longer time than I remember, and since the price of gold is a very different matter these days, the price is in a different range.
