A one-of-a-kind cast, forged, fabricated, and engraved ring in 18k yellow gold and platinum. The ring is set with a purple Ceylon sapphire cabochon of 1.20 cts., and a diamond octahedron of 0.31 cts. The sapphire is 5.5 x 8.0 mm, set in a milgrained bezel of 18k gold, while the octahedron (an uncut diamond crystal) measures 4 x 5.5 mm in size.
