A one-of-a-kind cast, forged, fabricated and engraved ring in 18k yellow gold, platinum, and 22k gold. The ring is set with a 1.76 cts green Ceylon sapphire of 7 mm in diameter (of a very beautiful light green color) and an antique cushion cut diamond of 0.27 cts. An engraved heart motif is on the other side of the ring.
